Your organisation is generally happy with your business case, however they would like you to develop the high level Performance Management measurements before they give you the green light to proceed.
Develop the Critical success Factors (CSF) before developing the key performance indicators that you think would be more meaningful for your business case. Make sure you identify what performance monitoring methods will be used to assess that the Performance Management measurements have been achieved by both the vendors and your organisation.
